Pless Law Firm is looking for a highly creative and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Colorado office. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to assist with business development for the firm and individual attorneys. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our firm and make a significant impact in the way we market our practice areas.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will provide marketing support to our team of attorneys and staff across all offices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain awareness of business development and marketing opportunities in local markets to help increase knowledge of firm, attorneys and practice areas

· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media

· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of various marketing strategies

· Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to marketing activities

· Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

· Maintain an ongoing tracker for potential and current client outreach

· Support community relations efforts by developing relationships with community organizations to identify committee and Board opportunities to raise the profile of attorneys

· Create database to track and monitor attorney memberships in professional organizations; track meeting dates, committee rosters, etc

· Draft content for website, including biographies, digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, event invitations, etc

· Assist with creation of award, survey, and legal directory submissions (e.g., DBJ C Suite Awards, Chambers, Legal 500, local award programs such as 40 Under 40, Best Places to Work, etc.)

· Work with supervisor to facilitate and project manage all aspects of events, including conferences, seminars, client entertainment, client happy hours - including maintaining timelines and checklists, venue logistics, invitation development, RSVP tracking, internal communications regarding event, preparing event materials, set-up, booth management, catering, logistics and follow-up

· Assist with designing marketing campaigns and promotional materials for events, (experience with Canva and Mailchimp is a plus)

· Work closely with team to develop and support business development and marketing efforts for practice group as well as working with each team member on an individual basis to determine the best approach that is consistent with the Firm’s growth plans

· Identify, support and manage networking, speaking, conference and event sponsorship opportunities

· Serve as a relationship manager with key business/industry/trade/partnership organizations

· Develop and maintain ongoing marketing materials and collateral (descriptions, engagement lists, client lists, awards, etc.)

· Research, track, and book attendance for industry networking events

· Coordinate travel arrangements for firm events as necessary

Skills & Competencies:

Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

Proactive self-starter who understands the details within a much larger context

Excellent client service skills and ability to work on multiple matters simultaneously in an organized manner and under minimal supervision

Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands

Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Associate degree or equivalent experience required

Experience in marketing, design, business development, and/or commercial real estate experience is required

Computer proficiency on both Mac and Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications (ie word, outlook, pages, excel)

Knowledge of Clio, Canva, Adobe is a plus!

Schedule/Office Location:

Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm

Remote work is not currently available for this position but will be considered after 90 days of employment

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
