Data Networks has an exciting opportunity for an energetic and detail-focused Marketing Coordinator to help drive lead generation and sales through meticulous event coordination, strategic digital marketing efforts, and the creation of engaging, innovative content across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the marketing coordinator will also ensure exceptional customer documentation and delivery, maintaining the highest standards and brand consistency in all materials to support sales efforts.
Knowledge and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
- Demonstrated excellence in promotional and business writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel as needed for conferences, tradeshows, and other in-person events and meetings.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in English or Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred: Visio; WordPress; Camtasia, Canva; HubSpot or other marketing automation platform; and/or NetSuite or other CRM/ERP platform.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Event Coordination
- Research, plan, and execute virtual and live company marketing events, such as trade shows and webinars. Work closely with the sales team and marketing manager to align marketing efforts and sales objectives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and promotional materials.
- Work with presenters across departments and vendors/partners to develop and refine content and presentations.
- Assist in evaluating event success and provide recommendations for improvements.
Document Quality Assurance
- Serve as the NetSuite workflow POC to ensure all QA tasks (design doc and SOW) are completed per agreed-upon SLAs.
- Create and deliver DocuSign documents as assigned via NetSuite workflow.
- Create and update contract and proposal templates as needed.
- Additional tasks as required to ensure high-quality document delivery to customers and prospects.
Digital Marketing, Data Management, and Analytics
- Support the maintenance of database integrity and upkeep by cleaning and updating records, verifying contact accuracy, and extracting contact lists as needed.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies with the marketing manager as needed to improve results.
- Manage content updates to company website.
Content Creation
- Develop, write, and edit marketing content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, social media, email campaigns, and case study library.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to create compelling content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and voice.
Assist marketing team with special projects and other duties as assigned.
