Overview
Alliant is looking for an intern to work in its marketing department during the Spring of 2025, with the potential for an extended Summer internship and continued employment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with a group of seasoned professionals and assist them in developing and deploying a wide range of marketing communications and lead generation programs.

This is a paid internship that will require you to work in Alliant’s Brewster, NY office for 20 hours a week. Scheduling is flexible and you must have reliable transportation.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns to develop, expand and maintain our marketing channels
· Learn and support Marketing areas of focus including product, content, brand and creative & design functions
· Support and implement social media content and growth strategies
· Assist in event sponsorships execution including promotion planning, deliverable timelines, attendance, and marketing materials for Sales
· Assist in updates to Wordpress website and meta tagging
· Compile market research and conduct a thorough competitive review via a presentation of other leading data providers which will be shared with other company stakeholders including Sales, Product and Data Strategy
· Assist Creative team in updating and organizing sales support materials
· Assist in lead research and distribution for Sales
· Research promotional premium items & coordinate production
· Provide administrative support for Marketing team
Qualifications & Skills:
· Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in marketing, communications, digital media, graphic design, business administration or an analytics-related discipline
· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent verbal and written skills required
· Experience using social media networks such as LinkedIn
· Special consideration for candidates with experience in:
. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools i.e. Salesforce
. Marketing analytics and other statistical tools
' Adobe creative suite
' Web design/coding, working CSS and HTML knowledge
· Must be highly detail-oriented and demonstrate an eagerness to learn
· Collaborative, team player committed to having a good time while doing a great job
