Are you a marketing professional with a passion for the Arts? We are seeking a Marketing Manager to create and execute dynamic marketing plans to promote all of SPAC’s exciting programs and initiatives.

This is an opportunity to work with our marketing team, representing the international cultural destination of Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC) and all it has to offer. Position Summary

The Marketing Manager plays an important role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote SPAC's programming, initiatives, and events, increase audience engagement, and enhance its public visibility and reputation. The Marketing Manager at SPAC supports the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, drive audience engagement and ticket sales.

This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, promote our programming, and increase ticket sales. Your work will play a vital role in expanding our reach, cultivating community relationships, and positioning our organization as a leader in the performing arts.

A COVER LETTER IS REQUIRED

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; master's degree a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing or advertising, preferably within the performing arts or nonprofit sector.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and an understanding of audience experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, as well as organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional evening and weekend work required during performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $33.70 per hour
