Experience: 3+ Years Marketing Experience, 1+ Years Dental Industry Experience (preferred)
Location: Remote, Salt Lake City offices, or Hybrid. Must be in USA

Our Company:
The Dental Cooperative is a collective of independent dentists, almost 800 strong. We were established in 1998 and have been working to keep independent dentists strong within a changing dental industry. We are headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. Learn more about us at www.dentalcooperative.com.
Our mission is to empower dentists by providing a platform for dentists to organize and unite as a large group. Through the Cooperative, members maintain their independence as practitioners and private business owners while having access to benefits that large corporate practices enjoy.
What We Do:
Cooperative members have access to a variety of programs and services managed by the Dental Cooperative including: Group Purchasing Programs, Patient Dental Programs, Dental Insurance Fee Maximization, HR Services and Group Health Insurance, Practice Financing, Practice Transitioning, Merchant Services, and more. Our job is to help our members get the most out of their Cooperative membership and the most out of their participating programs.
Position Description:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing both internally to existing customers to increase their utilization of existing and available programs, and externally to potential dentists to become members of the Cooperative. The position will begin part-time but most likely move to full-time as we progress. This includes:
· Collaboration – Work with various Directors and management to create, design, and execute promotions and messaging.
· Data Focused – Using data, customer feedback, and research to determine customer needs when in creating targeted marketing campaigns. This includes leveraging previous and ongoing campaign data and analytics to create and improve ongoing marketing efforts.
· Budgeting – Deploying and managing marketing efforts to maintain budget constraints while maximizing results.
· Calendars and Timelines – Implementing shared marketing calendar systems and timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing efforts and resources.
· Media Platforms – Includes working on multiple media platforms such as web, email, direct mail, SMS messaging, trade shows, social media and more.
· Content Creation – Aid Directors in creating targeted content and editing and improving content submitted for marketing. This includes managing existing marketing and web content.
· Design and Creativity – Develop well designed marketing to enhance the branding and look of our company. Candidates should have intermediate design skills.
· Automation – Work with Directors to create and execute marketing automation and multi-channel messaging throughout the customer journey. Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Reporting – Provide reporting metrics to Directors and management on campaign and marketing efforts and resources.
· Leadership - Provides leadership and perspective for new messaging, approaches, and technology adoption where appropriate.
· Systems – Help to plan and implement marketing systems that will scale with our company.
Success in this position is heavily dependent on the candidate’s ability to use our tools to analyze data to identify opportunities, create a successful marketing strategy based on data and Directors’ insight and guidance, and execute the targeted strategy. We need candidates that can absorb and make sense of data to leverage the story it tells and create an ongoing campaign and message around that changing data. Data analytics skills is required for this position, which includes a significant level of CRM proficiency and marketing platform use.

- Driven but Patient - We are looking for a person who wants to do more and is looking for ways to make improvements but can be patient with the limitation and speed of our organization.

Requirements:
2+ Years Marketing Experience
1+ Years Dental Industry Experience (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools. (e.g., Google Analytics.)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Basic design skills needed.
Comfortable navigating a robust database and utilizing data sets.
Creating targeted and effective messaging.
Detail oriented and extremely organized.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Proficiency using CRM database. (Microsoft Dynamics)
Self motivated, goal oriented and persistent.
High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
Competent with marketing and email platforms (ConstantContact, ClickDimensions, ect.)
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation = $42,000/yr.
90 day training & trial period
Marketing Manager has full control over their time. This is a part-time 20 hour/week position. Marketing Manager can work remote or in office. No travel required for position
