Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will bring clarity and structure to a disorganized department while effectively managing the team, fostering accountability, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee branding, website updates, and social media presence.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Track and analyze marketing data to improve performance and ROI.
• Maintain and report on the marketing budget.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with the firm’s growth goals.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in team management and marketing leadership.
• Strong organizational skills to bring clarity to processes.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and budget management.
• Quarterly travel to Tulsa (required).
• Marketing experience, with expertise in branding and client growth.
