We are currently hiring for this role in CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, MI, MS, MT, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX, VA, or WV.

We are an inbound marketing agency and Diamond HubSpot Solutions Partner. We work with clients across North America and in most industries. Our primary focus industries are Technology/SaaS, Education (including everything from coaches to charter schools to major universities), Financial, and HubSpot users.

We’re looking for an organized, self-driven Project Manager to bridge the gap between campaign strategy and execution for our clients. This person will report directly to our Director of Client Success, but will need to have great relationships with assigned clients and all team members within HIVE. This person will be expected to work closely with our Marketing Team, clients, and execution teams to ensure campaign deadlines are met, quality is top notch, and projects and task are driven over the finish line.


Project management

  • Management of client budgets/point spends, deadlines, scope, and analytics to avoid scope creep
  • Attend all assigned client meetings and take notes and assignments
  • One business day communication SLA through Teamwork
  • Clear and intentional communication throughout internal team and external clients
  • Creation and management of Teamwork projects, tasks, lists, milestones, assignments, and timelines
  • Review and tell the story for each campaign dashboard in monthly meeting
  • Work with execution team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and of high quality
  • Meeting and notes management including recording download, transcription management, and task and assignment management and follow up
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project plans for a variety of projectsDrive project and tasks to completion
  • Think strategically and plan ahead; proactively anticipate, plan, and adjust project planning to mitigate potential risk
  • Final QA of deliverables


  • Limited execution, but proactive approach in jumping in on certain tasks in order to hit deadlines
  • Support in GrowthPlan development and strategy


  • Ongoing focus on education, learning, and certifications
  • HubSpot certifications required
  • Quarterly team-wide Certification Day


  • At least one year of working experience in HubSpot is preferred
  • At least one year of inbound marketing experience is strongly preferred
  • At least one year of client-facing agency experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
