Massage Therapist

We are seeking an individual that can work well with other team members, will consistently and accurately perform responsibilities, but most importantly, treat guests with warmth and kindness. Qualified applicants will have: previous customer service experience (preferred), well versed in deep tissue massage, drive to succeed, genuine interest in health and fitness and ability to work a flexible schedule. Compensation is commission based. Position is Monday through Saturday. This position includes a free gym membership and other perks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 60-minute and 90-minute, and other customized therapeutic massage services
• Formulate client specific treatment plan, based on client's needs
• Document all necessary forms accurately and professionally
• Follow necessary draping protocols & policies
• Assist with the cleanliness of the spa and daily cleaning procedures

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Completed Massage Therapy Program from an accredited school
• Adherence to Montana State licensing and board regulations
• Up-to-date massage therapist liability insurance
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Must have considerable experience in a spa setting and be comfortable working with all necessary massage modalities including but not limited to: Energy work (i.e. reiki, acupressure, cranial sacral, etc.), hot stone, body scrubs, body wraps, etc.
• Have a friendly and positive attitude
• Excel in a team-based culture
• Deliver elite customer service
• Reliable and punctual
• Help perpetuate a positive work environment

COMPENSATION

• Compensation 43-45% table time
• No working experience $38.70-$51.60 per hr. table time
• With working experience $40.50-$54 per hr. table time

SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday 8am -2pm
• Monday-Friday 3pm-9pm
• Sat-Sun 3pm-7pm

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Continual standing and walking during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
• Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Must be able to occasionally lift over 30 pounds
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
