We’re seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead program/production planning, capacity management, and material coordination across a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role support complex, multi‑level BOM environments and long‑lead procurement cycles. This role ensures production readiness, schedule accuracy, and alignment with program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule
  • Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and engineering teams
  • Monitor schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement
  • Support MRP processes and long‑range planning
  • Problem‑solving mindset

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of scheduling, planning, or supply chain experience
  • Strong MRP proficiency
  • Aviation background/experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
  • Highly experiences with Microsoft Project
