Order Fulfillment / Laser Operators / Forklift Driver

Salary: $16.50 an hour (Higher salary for forklift operator position.)

Full-Time First Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 7AM-3:30PM plus overtime during peak season.

You are eligible for two pay raises within the first year of employment.

WAREHOUSE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATES

MBI, Inc. is one of the nation’s leading direct marketing companies. We are looking to hire several associates to work in fulfillment operations at our 200,000 sq ft Torrington facility. We handle every aspect of order fulfillment, preparing products to be shipped directly to our customers. In the face of layoffs at other companies like Amazon, MBI offers stable and secure jobs for those who are willing to work!

The job would primarily be performed in production areas set up in the warehouse. Associates are assigned to various areas of the facility -- including packaging, shipping, material inspection, returns, light assembly, and personalization of products using laser engraving and heat transfer equipment. It is a fast-paced work environment.

We pride ourselves on creating a safe and clean workspace that is set up to help associates get the best possible results. Most jobs are quickly trainable. Your supervisor and co-workers will help you to catch on. We are proud that most of our higher-level positions are filled by associates who were once hired at this level.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Motivated, energetic, and dedicated to the highest standards of excellence.

Similar background experience for this position is not required.
