Front Desk Operations Manager – Med Spa
Location: Madison & Livingston, NJ
Pay: $25+/hour *based on experience
Job Type: Full-time

REQUIRED Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 1+ years in a med spa, aesthetic clinic, luxury spa, or salon setting
  • Proven experience in a front desk leadership, coordinator, or management role
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic services (injectables, skincare, devices, etc.)
  • Experience with booking systems (Meevo, AestheticsPro, preferred)

As the Front Desk Operations Manager, you are the face and flow of the practice. You will oversee all front-end operations, ensure an exceptional client journey from check-in to checkout, and lead the front desk team with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.

LH Med Spa is a high-end medical spa with two locations in New Jersey. We specialize in injectables, advanced skincare, body contouring, wellness, and more. Our team delivers luxury experiences in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

  • Manage and lead front desk team and daily operations
  • Report directly to reginal director for any escalated needs
  • Ensure a seamless, elevated client experience from booking through checkout
  • Oversee provider schedules, optimization, and flow of the day
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Drive retail, service and package sales
  • Maintain knowledge of all services, products, and promotions
  • Support marketing initiatives and client retention strategies
  • Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the space
