Full job description

The Practice Manager oversees the spa's operations, including people management, scheduling, membership sales and retention, and achieving goals and KPIs. The Med Spa Manager will promote the company's brand, have a passion for sales, and drive employees to be their best, most authentic selves.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports by setting expectations, training, and managing employee performance
  • Participate in the hiring and training of regional staffing needs
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Primary Job Functions:

  • Oversee all aspects of Med Spa operations, with a focus on exceeding membership and sales targets + retail goals
  • Promote services to drive upgrades, memberships, and retail sales
  • Retain, manage, coach, train, motivate and develop a team of Estheticians, Laser Techs and Front Desk Coordinators
  • Handle administrative tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, staff scheduling, and operational reporting
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding guest expectations by greeting, assisting, and quickly responding to questions and needs
  • Maintain a professional and impeccable med spa environment
  • Foster a sense of community, team, and structure by executing the implementation of policies, procedures, and processes
  • Promote and sell Med Spa memberships and retail products to our guests

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate with confidence with guests and co-workers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • An ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate tasks
  • Strong leadership presence with a capacity to coach and manage team members through complex work-related issues
  • Flexibility with schedule, including availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of general business functions and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management internally and externally
  • Proficient with booking software and other related software
  • A polished, professional appearance at all times
