The Hudson Med Spa is a physician-led aesthetic practice in Englewood, NJ, dedicated to the beauty of balance. Founded by a double board-certified plastic surgeon, our practice blends advanced medical expertise with a refined, luxury patient experience.
We are seeking a highly capable Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support continued growth, and uphold the elevated standard our clients expect.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and understands both the operational and experiential sides of a premium medical practice.
What You’ll Do
Practice Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across front desk, providers, and clinical flow
- Ensure a seamless, high-end patient experience from first touch through follow-up
- Manage and optimize scheduling, provider utilization, and capacity
- Act as the point person for staff, resolving issues proactively and professionally
Cross-Practice Coordination
- Coordinate closely with our affiliated plastic surgery practice to ensure alignment in scheduling, patient experience, and overall operations
- Support a cohesive experience for patients moving between med spa and surgical services
Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop front desk and support staff
- Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance expectations
- Maintain accountability while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
Revenue & Performance
- Track and manage key KPIs (booking rates, retention, average ticket, utilization)
- Partner with ownership on revenue-driving initiatives and promotions
- Ensure consistent execution of memberships, packages, and treatment plans
Marketing & Social Coordination
- Coordinate execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and events
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders on social media content, email marketing, and collateral
- Help ensure all marketing efforts are executed on time and aligned with brand standards
Systems & Process
- Own and optimize workflows within Zenoti (scheduling, memberships, reporting)
- Improve operational systems to increase efficiency and consistency
- Maintain clean reporting and visibility into business performance
Client Experience
- Set the tone for a polished, warm, and professional environment
- Handle high-level client concerns with discretion and care
- Ensure the brand experience aligns with a luxury standard at every touchpoint
Who You Are
- 3–7+ years of experience in a management role (med spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or luxury service environment preferred)
- Strong operational mindset — you notice inefficiencies and fix them
- Confident leading a team while maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented presence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Tech-savvy (experience with Zenoti or similar platforms strongly preferred)
- Polished communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
