Full job description
Shift: Three Days 8a-8p Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
Salary based on experience
eCW experience a plus

POSITION PURPOSE:
The receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments; verify insurance, helping patients with financial assistance when needed, and multiple other clerical duties related to this administrative support position.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
Experience: Minimum one year customer service experience, clerical and computer skills required. Health Insurance experience preferred.
General skills:
- The ability to communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a caring and supportive manner.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and keyboard skills.
- Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of the operation of a computer and multiline phone system.
- Must have knowledge of medical terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
