Member Service Representative & Operations Representative (Floating)

We're scouting for a Floating Member Service Representative (MSR) to serve at all four of our locations, as needed. Your home base will be at our Archer, Nebraska branch. In this role, you'll be the superhero for our members, handling everything from cash transactions to setting up new accounts. You'll be the go-to person to resolve problems and direct members to the right folks.

In addition, on the Operations side, you will assist the back office with the behind-the-scenes banking operations.

To help you feel confident in your new role, we'll train you in St. Paul, Central City, Archer, and Dannebrog for a few months. And hey, once you're trained up, you‘ll be ready to serve at any of our 4 locations. Come join our credit union family!
