· Meeting individual membership and retention goals and benchmarks by hosting events, including but not limited to in-person meetings, back to school and troop sign up nights, and in-school girl talks and/or programs.

· Attending events and community engagements to promote the benefits of the Girl Scout experience.

· Building connections and partnerships with organizations in assigned communities.

· Guiding new families and volunteers through the process of joining Girl Scouts and help them find the right place within the organization.

· Providing volunteer management, training, and ongoing support. This includes volunteer placement, supervision, and on-going training support.

· Keeping current on program information (Girl Scout Leadership Experience, highest awards, product program, etc.) and support training and messaging offered to volunteers.

· Interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures with volunteers.

· Public speaking/presentations to both large and small groups.

· Frequent local travel, up to 50% of the time, during the peak seasons.
