Full job description
Full-time and part-time hybrid positions available. Full-time hybrid roles offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus after completing 6 months of service. Interns are not eligible for sign-on bonus.

Arkham Rise Counseling LLC is a dedicated private mental health practice that provides exceptional care to individuals seeking mental health support. We offer our services both online and in person. As a proud start-up organization, we are excited to announce that we will begin booking clients in January 2025.
What we are looking for:
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist, an independent contractor, will provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs. This role supports full-time and part-time caseloads, allowing for onsite or hybrid (onsite and remote) work options. The therapist will collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and offer support through evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat clients
- Develop personalized treatment plans and set achievable goals
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing education
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Current state licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- Proven experience as a mental health therapist
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices
