About us

Interna Mental Health is a therapy collective in Eagan, MN. We are a collaborative, supportive, innovative group practice and our goal is to cultivate a vibrant and welcoming therapy community, where passionate therapists feel welcomed, supported, and inspired in their work. We are dedicated to creating a healing space where clients are heard, valued, and empowered on their journey to well-being. We specialize in somatic work, trauma, and diverse populations including those who are queer, poly am, and neurodivergent. We are looking for therapists who fall into one of these categories (somatic based, trauma-focus, or diverse populations) to join our collective.

-have training or specialize in somatic work, trauma modalities, or diverse populations (poly am, queer, neurodivergence) OR you have a specialization that could compliment one or all of these.

```Duties:```
- Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns and develop treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing symptoms and improving overall well-being
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy

```Requirements:```
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
-Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure as a pre-licensed therapist
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration purposes
- Ability to collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment outcomes and inform future interventions
