Mental Health Therapist

NOTICE: We are looking for a therapist that wants to work full-time. You must be willing to see 25 or more patients a week.

We seek licensed mental health therapists with experience, for our growing outpatient mental health facility in downtown Plymouth, Michigan. We serve clients of all ages, couples, and families.

You make your own schedule, and we provide you with a steady stream of referrals, an office, and keys to the building. You can see your clients from your office at one of our downtown Plymouth facilities or from home (online therapy).

We Offer:

• A base salary ($60,000 to $75,000 a year) and for each hour billed and reimbursable per week over 22 hours, we will pay a service premium ($50.00 to $66.00) for each additional and reimbursable billable hour. The more clients you see, the more money you make.
• A steady stream of excellent referrals from insurance companies, hospital systems, physicians, attorneys, and schools.

• Your own furnished office with 24/7 access, to hide out in.

Required: Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a master’s degree in a behavioral health field such as social work, family or marriage counseling, psychology, or other closely related field.

License, Certification, or Registration(s): We require, State of Michigan Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Work (LMSW), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate clinical services to clients.
• Maintain all client and business records in accordance with policy, legal, and third-party payor requirements.
• Adhere to all applicable ethical standards.
• Attend periodic meetings.
• Participate in scheduling clients.
• Complete all tasks necessary for timely billing.
• Adhere to all privacy standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff and management.
• Adhere to professional and KaraLee best practices.
• Maintain all credentials required for the job.
