Job Summary: OCG Companies is a leading provider of restoration construction services, specializing in the utility industry. OCG Companies is seeking Operators with experience digging around utilities, removing concrete, loading it into dump trucks, and placing stone/sand subbase properly for concrete pour. Seeking Operating experience with excavators, skid steers, and all attachments associated with concrete removal and prep. We are seeking individuals who are willing to work Monday thru Saturday, 45+ hours per week depending on workload.

Responsibilities:

Skilled in the safe operation, daily preventive maintenance of excavators, loaders and skid steers and all attachments required to remove concrete.
Load, unload and secure equipment on transport trailers according to guidelines.
Assist with other duties as assigned. (For example, washing trucks, assisting with yard projects, etc.)
Keep clean and maintain the equipment allotted to you.
Report any issues or incidents to mechanics.
Proper PPE must always be worn on site.
Ability to help with other parts of the concrete restoration process or willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
