We are a local family-owned transportation company that has been in business for 49 years and we are looking for great, professional drivers with top-tier personalities to join our team! This is a casual, seasonal, part-time position that could grow into a full-time career. We are ramping up for the busy season!

Applicants must be 25+ years of age with at least 3 years of commercial driving experience and must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. After passing a drug screen and background, all applicants must then pass a fingerprint-based criminal history background check and DOT physical. We are a drug-free company.

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Responsibilities

Safely operate a bus or van according to established routes and schedules.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and alighting.
Educate passengers on safety protocols and bus rules.
Manage behavior effectively to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all passengers.
Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, routes, and any incidents that occur during transit.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding any issues or delays.
