Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support MD365 WMS solutions for new and existing warehouse environments.
- Configure and tailor WMS modules to meet specific business requirements and workflows.
- Partner with distribution center (DC) operations, solution architects, and delivery teams to design, build, and roll out capabilities.
- Conduct functional workshops and gather requirements for WMS solution design.
- Create technical documentation, functional specifications, and configuration plans.
- Support testing efforts (FUT, SIT, UAT) and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot issues, execute root cause analysis, and recommend long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other MD365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in WMS implementations, with at least 3 years in MD365 WMS.
- Proven expertise in MD365 WMS configuration, solution design, and functional support.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain execution processes.
- Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to support testing and reporting.
- Experience capturing detailed business requirements and converting them into solution designs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Additional Information:
- Position Type: Full-Time W2 Contract W2
- Travel: Required based on project needs
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship or offshore)
