Qualifications: Applicant must be a board-certified music therapist or will have completed board certification before start date

Location: Clinic and Home-Based -Central Indiana- Anderson, IN - Madison and surrounding counties

Description: PlainSong Music Services, LLC is a music therapy practice in Anderson, IN with a satellite office in Middletown, IN. PlainSong is seeking an individual to provide Music Therapy services. This position is for the areas listed below with opportunities to choose additional specialties. While this position is primarily clinic based, it also involves minimal home and facility based sessions.

PlainSong is only seeking applicants that are passionate about music therapy, community involvement, and family centered care. The job description includes completing initial assessments and treatment plans, providing weekly sessions, writing weekly and quarterly reports, and participation with interdisciplinary teams consisting of parents, guardians, and other team members for individuals receiving services.
