REDARC is a global market leader in the field of mobile power electronics with its primary focus on power management, safety, voltage converters and mobile solar solutions for the recreation & leisure, transport, emergency vehicles, marine and defense markets.
Overview
We are seeking a results-driven National Account Manager to join our North American Team. You will work with a dynamic, talented team who respect and support each other, have a passion for what they do and work together to achieve great results.
Location: preferred in Dallas, TX or surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Growth
- Build and execute strategic account growth plans across key distributor and aftermarket accounts to drive revenue, retention, and long‑term partnerships.
- Investigate new business and market opportunities and develop business plans to grow the business across key account base.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform account strategy.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for national or corporate clients, ensuring consistent communication and high satisfaction.
- Build customer relationships at multiple levels to partner with key decision makers and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas.
- Attend relevant trade shows / conferences to promote the REDARC brand.
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, finance, product, marketing) to deliver seamless client support.
Sales Negotiation
- Negotiate category reviews, promotions and commercial offerings with key customers and relevant stakeholders
- Generate quotes and price configurations
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal processes.
Administration & Reporting
- Forecast revenue, track performance metrics, and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and account health to ensure long‑term stability.
- Complete equipment and internal training as required.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to develop customized solutions for complex client needs
- Provide insights to product, marketing, sales teams based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Promote REDARC’s Mission Statement and Core Values with all stakeholders
About you
Essential qualification and skills:
- Qualification in bachelor’s degree in business or similar field.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong sales experience.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in technical product categories and ideally within automotive / mobile markets.
- Strategic thinking.
