LUG-ALL manufactures premium manual ratchet winch hoists in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania and sells through a network of distributors. The National Sales Manager will generate new business and increase sales to existing distributors in the Midwest, and all states and provinces west of Chicago. This position has tremendous growth potential for an individual with a proven history of success in business development of a distribution network.

Primary Job Functions

  • Manage current dealer network (including manufacturer's reps in some areas) and establish new dealers, developing a wide and diverse distribution network to sell all product lines in the territory.
  • Evaluate existing and potential dealers and recommend changes to their dealer classification.
  • Conduct sales presentations at dealer locations as well as over the phone and via teleconferences.
  • Demonstrate company products at customer sites in conjunction with the dealers, emphasizing product features and benefits. Quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare reports.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Actively manage travel schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient and cost-efficient manner.
  • Make front-line assessment of market conditions and advise management and marketing staff of findings.
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products, competitor activities, and other research.
  • Assist the finance department with collection issues if needed.

Additional Job Functions

  • Attend trade shows throughout the year, periodically conducting product demonstrations. May involve some weekends.
  • Participate in sales and department meetings.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in outside sales.
  • Industry/manufacturing experience preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Certifications

  • Must possess valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

  • The position requires sitting/driving for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

  • Frequent travel is required (approx. every other week).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
