Lind Electronics is a leading manufacturer of rugged power solutions for mobile electronics. For over 30 years, Lind has been the main supplier of reliable, quality products to our many worldwide customers. Lind designs and assembles its products on-site at our manufacturing facility in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Our primary products are digitally controlled DC-DC power adapters and battery chargers for ruggedized laptop and tablet computers.

Lind Electronics and Team GJ Companies is seeking a NetSuite Optimization Analyst to enhance the performance and functionality of our NetSuite ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can drive efficiency and optimize our NetSuite environment to support our business goals. The NetSuite Optimization Analyst will be crucial in analyzing and improving our NetSuite ERP system. You will identify areas for enhancement within NetSuite, ensuring the system is fully leveraged to meet our business needs. Your insights and expertise will be vital in streamlining our operations, improving user experience, and contributing to our overall business strategy. Optimization and automation will be crucial to your role.

Primary Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our NetSuite ERP system to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and challenges, translating these into actionable improvements within NetSuite.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance, usability, and efficiency.
  • Customize and configure NetSuite modules, reports, dashboards, and workflows to better align with business processes.
  • Monitor NetSuite system performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of NetSuite features.
  • Document all changes and enhancements made to the system, maintaining clear records for future reference.
  • Stay updated with NetSuite updates and new features, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on our business.
  • Provides an End User Experience team escalation point on all NetSuite functionalities.
  • Works on any other projects or tasks deemed necessary by the IT manager.

Required education, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma/GED.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing NetSuite or similar ERP systems. (3-5 years minimum)
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how ERP systems can support and enhance them.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines (practical time management skills).

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed in a typical office environment with minimal physical risk.
  • Limited work may be performed in a manufacturing environment where exposure to general production machinery, noise, and conditions is routine. (In the manufacturing environment, proper safeguards are available and always required)
  • Occasional evening and weekend work is expected to oversee installations and troubleshoot issues
