Job Description:

IEQ Technology Inc is looking for a dedicated and motivated DBA/Network Administrator who is a self-starter, has creative and strategic thinking abilities, and can multi-task on different projects on a daily basis. Focuses on getting the job done in a timely manner and accuracy is a must. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain network and databases to ensure optimal performance and security.

· Design and implement network configurations, troubleshooting, and security.

· Monitor network performance and optimize infrastructure.

· Create and maintain database backup and recovery procedures.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure database and network requirements are met.

· Track and communicate progress.

Required Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience in database management and network administration.

· Strong understanding of current database and networking tools and strategies.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Strong analytical skills to evaluate database and network performance and make data-driven decisions.

· Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows Server, Linux, Cisco Networking.

· Experience in database and network configuration and management.

· An outgoing, friendly, extroverted demeanor.

· A coachable, collaborative attitude.
