Flight Builders is seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented New Home Sales Consultant to represent our homes and guide buyers through the new construction sales process as we enter into the market in Gainesville, FL. This is a pure sales role designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a pipeline, and being rewarded directly for performance.
You will own the buyer relationship from first contact through contract, delivering a professional, consultative experience while consistently converting prospects into closed sales.

Compensation
Commission-based with uncapped earning potential

  • Typical annual earnings range of $100,000–$175,000+, based on performance
  • High performers can exceed this range through volume and execution

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Buyer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers from initial inquiry through contract.
  • Conduct home tours, lot walks, and sales presentations.
  • Educate buyers on floor plans, pricing, construction timelines, and the Flight Builders process.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to identify buyer needs and guide them confidently toward a decision.
  • Write and manage sales contracts through the pre-construction phase.

Pipeline & Lead Management

  • Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up to maintain consistent sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems.
  • Stay disciplined with daily sales activities to drive conversion and production.

Marketing & Representation

  • Represent Flight Builders professionally in the field, online, and during open houses.
  • Assist with maintaining listings, signage, and on-site sales materials.
  • Participate in open houses and sales events to generate and convert traffic.

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with construction and internal teams to set clear expectations for buyers.
  • Keep buyers informed of timelines, milestones, and next steps.
  • Address buyer questions or concerns promptly to maintain trust and momentum.

Ownership & Problem-Solving

  • Take ownership of results, pipeline health, and personal production.
  • Anticipate challenges and address them proactively.
  • Operate with urgency, professionalism, and accountability.

New construction or real estate sales experience is preferred, but not required for the right high-potential candidate. Florida real estate license is required.
