Full job description
Most physical therapists today are overworked and underpaid, with little to no career advancement, and that bothers us.
Welcome to Carlson Procare in New London, CT, where we’re not merely offering you a job—we’re offering a career that will inspire, challenge, and reward you.
A Company That Invests in You
At Carlson Procare, you’ll find a place that invests in you as much as you invest in your patients. We’re dedicated to nurturing your professional growth with structured mentorship programs designed for every stage of your career—from recent graduate to rising leader. We also offer profit-sharing opportunities, ensuring that when you’re ready, you’ll be rewarded for your dedication and expertise.
A Healthy Balance
We believe that a thriving career goes hand-in-hand with a fulfilling life outside of work. Here, you won’t be juggling an impossible patient load. Instead, enjoy a manageable caseload of just 12 patients per day and a stress-free EMR system, allowing you to devote quality time to what truly matters—helping people. We prioritize work-life balance, so you can leave each day feeling energized rather than exhausted.
A True Team, A True Family
Carlson Procare isn’t just another clinic; it’s a family-owned business with over two decades of history. You’ll become part of a close-knit, supportive team where we celebrate each other’s successes both inside and outside the clinic. Whether it’s through collaborative clinical work or fun team outings, you’ll actually look forward to the workday.
As we continue to expand throughout Connecticut, we align your career goals with our vision to become the state’s premier physical therapy provider. We offer you not just a place to work, but a dynamic environment where your career can flourish as we grow.
Your Growth, Our Priority
We’re committed to your professional advancement. At Carlson Procare, you will have access to:
- Continuing education opportunities.
- Clinical in-services to refine and update your skill set.
- Leadership training to help shape you into the leader you aspire to be.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits
We offer competitive pay that reflects your expertise, comprehensive health benefits, and the freedom to provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care. No more double-booking, no more rushed sessions. Just high-quality, patient-centered therapy.
Your Day, Your Future
Picture this: You start your day excited, not anxious. You greet a supportive team who values your contributions. You review your patient schedule, knowing you have the time and resources you need. Your treatments are meaningful, your patients are motivated, and your tools and technology work seamlessly. After your productive day, you can enjoy time with colleagues or head home to relax—your evening is truly your own.
This isn’t just an ideal—it’s your potential reality at Carlson Procare.
