Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments, developing personalized care plans based on each patient’s unique needs and goals.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities—to restore function, improve mobility, and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and home exercise programs to support long-term health and well-being.
• Collaborate closely with referring providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Pursue ongoing continuing education opportunities to stay at the forefront of physical therapy practices and technologies.

Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience: All experience levels are welcome; manual therapy experience is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based treatments, exceptional communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform hands-on therapy.
• Attributes: Passion for patient care, commitment to ongoing professional growth, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,500.00 - $94,500.00 per year
