• Duties
• Provide security to the marina yard, docks, and property at night, periodically driving the yard to ensure that it is secure
• Monitor and record all water meters
• Maintain general housekeeping as needed
• Promptly communicate with the management team about any issues that arise
• Complete nightly observation report
• Boat driving is required
• Heavy lifting may be required

• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various positions
• Must have a current driver's license
• Have your own reliable transportation to and from work or job site
• Employment is subjective to a drug test
• Employment subjective to a background check

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
