Double Duty Commercial Cleaning – Cullman | Decatur | Huntsville

Double Duty Commercial Cleaning is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, flexible Night Shift Trainer/QC Specialist to help support and develop our team!

This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, enjoys coaching others, and wants real growth opportunities into leadership positions.

What You’ll Do

  • Train new team members on cleaning standards and procedures
  • Perform quality checks at customer locations
  • Travel between Cullman, Decatur, and Huntsville
  • Fill in for team members during call-outs
  • Support Area Managers with feedback and improvements

Requirements

  • Your own reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
  • Able to travel between Cullman, Decatur, & Huntsville
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Janitorial experience preferred (but we will train the right person!)
  • Flexibility is absolutely required

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
