Full job description

We are hiring LIMHP, LMHP, and PLMHP's!!!

We are looking for mental health providers to join our team! Are you the one we are looking for?

Are you looking for an environment where your skills and experience are valued?

Would you enjoy coming to work where quality client care, and genuine concern for others is a higher priority than checking boxes and “making the numbers”?

Do you get excited about the possibility of expanding your ability to grow as a provider through postgraduate evidenced based training opportunities?

Have you never explored private practice because the idea of the never-ending costs of running a solo private practice is too overwhelming? Would it be a no brainer if you had the peace of mind that these costs were covered for you?

Be Kind Counseling prioritizes the growth, independence, and collaboration of all providers, which is why we are different and curate our positions for providers that align with the same values. We are unique in that we guarantee the level of support and independence you need to build a caseload of clients who feel validated and cared for. We can offer a higher level of support than those who simply rely on an online social media marketing network.

We love that we have many alliances with practices and providers who are doing wonderful work in the Omaha community and will always seek collaboration over competition.

Why choose Be Kind Counseling as your employer? We are a group practice that enjoys taking the time necessary to find providers that are a right fit for our practice and turn them into valued employees. Our mission is about quality over quantity. One of our core beliefs is that being surrounded by genuine, like-minded providers is important in achieving long-term success and growth as an advocate in mental health practice.

We are an all-in-one mental health and substance use group practice that recognizes the importance of being paid well for the services provided, rewarded with an abundance of unique and valuable benefits, having a non-competitive team approach, and much more.

There’s no waiting for our practice to receive payment from insurance for our services as we pay the provider on a bi-weekly basis based on the number of sessions provided. You will have additional opportunities to generate income outside of regularly scheduled sessions by facilitating one of the many groups we offer, participating in the Connections program, receiving bonuses for doing quality work, completing a consistent/abundant number of sessions, and much more!

If this connects with YOU

WE GET IT and WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!

Please send a resume and include 2 references with their full name and contact information with the subject line stating how awesome you are to: erika@bekindomaha.com
