Nurse Practitioner - Integrative/ Functional Medicine - 1 year BHRT experience required

Transform Your Health is a forward thinking, integrative medicine practice in Brandon that specializes in hormone optimization for both men and women. We promote overall preventative care, while also offering advanced treatments for a variety of conditions such as fatigue, thyroid imbalance, autoimmune ailments, intestinal disorders, and heavy metal overburden. Our mission is to get to the root cause of “dis-ease”, delivering personalized care which enhances longevity and empowers our patients to live their best life.

We are searching for an experienced APRN or FNP who is excited to dig deeper to identify the root cause of our patients' diagnoses and symptoms; utilizing advanced functional lab testing, nutrition and dietary lifestyle modification, coaching, and supplementation to assist in the achievement of optimal health. We are looking for someone who is a positive and energetic self-starter who shares our mission and is open to creating and spearheading various programs as needed.

This position will initially be part-time, with availability required on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. The possibility of expanding into other days of the week may be available in the future.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience, and preference will be given to those with prior experience.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner with, or eligible for, licensing and DEA in Florida
• Integrative or functional medicine education and 1-2 years experience necessary
• A minimum of 1-2 years BHRT experience required, hormone pelleting exposure/ experience is a plus
• Caring, motivated, and possessing a positive attitude
• Gynecological experience preferred, but not necessary
• Hormone therapy experience necessary, hormone pelleting experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
• Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
