We’re seeking a Nursing Director who will oversee our dedicated nursing staff, medical assistants, and enhance patient care across our organization. This role focuses on quality performance measures, continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and Mentor: Lead, coach, and empower our nursing team through performance assessments and constructive feedback, helping them develop their leadership skills.
• Shape Nursing Philosophy: Develop and implement innovative objectives, policies, and standards for nursing care that align with patient needs and our health center's mission.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Finance Department to create budgets that support optimal staffing and productivity, while identifying opportunities for revenue enhancement through quality initiatives.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Attend seminars and training sessions to remain informed about the latest practices in healthcare administration and delivery systems.
• Problem Solving Champion: Engage in systematic problem-solving to assess, gather information, set goals, plan, implement, and evaluate strategies that achieve shared objectives.
• Flexible Leadership: Work flexible hours to provide supervision and monitor customer service and productivity during our operational hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Management, or a related field is essential.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri in good standing.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in clinical quality, quality assurance, or risk management within a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in a community health setting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39.40 - $59.10 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
