ABOUT US
Mystery Escape Room has been creating unforgettable live and online escape room experiences for over 10 years. We work with corporate clients, universities, and private groups nationwide to deliver fun, challenging, and memorable adventures. We are expanding with a new ownership — and we’re looking for a driven Online Escape Room and Sales Coordinator to help us grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Respond to emails and inquiries for both in-person and online escape rooms
Generate leads and pitch to corporate clients, schools, and organizations
Sell Online Escape Rooms, Corporate Team-Building Events, and On-Site Escape Room experiences
Meet a minimum requirement of 20 booked rooms per month
Train and support online escape room guides
Create new procedures to improve efficiency in online room operations
Oversee troubleshooting technical issues and assist guides during events
Follow up with demo customers to secure larger bookings

What We’re Looking For

Clear, professional English communication (written & spoken)
Sales or customer service experience (lead generation & closing deals)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Familiar with online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Prior team management or training experience a plus
Experience with Click-Up, Resova, and Sling a plus
Passion for interactive entertainment or escape rooms is a big bonus!

Pay & Perks

Base: $10,000/year (10–20 hrs/week)
Commission: 10% on all bookings (uncapped)
Requirement: Must maintain 20+ bookings per month
Growth: Potential for increased base pay and advancement as the company grows and opens new locations
