Your Role:
As an Operations Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind our key accounts, collaborating closely with our Account Manager and various stakeholders within hospital enterprises. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects not only succeed but exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the Account Manager and stakeholders on groundbreaking projects that shape the future of healthcare.
○ Our clients include some of the leading healthcare organizations in the US
● Deliver top-notch after-sales support to build lasting relationships and ensure customer loyalty.
● Respond swiftly and accurately to client inquiries, becoming their go-to expert and trusted partner.
● Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring we’re always aligned with their needs.
● Report on account statuses to keep our strategies agile and responsive to the fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
● Engage with Leadership: Take advantage of major opportunities to interact with key leaders in the organization, fostering valuable relationships that can drive your professional growth and influence strategic initiatives.
● Project Planning: Contribute to comprehensive project planning efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying key milestones, and ensuring timely execution to achieve successful outcomes for our clients.
● Communication: Lead customer-facing communications to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals, while actively participating in project planning to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
What You Bring:
● 2-4+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects.
● Proficient in project management skills and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
● Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain positive relationships.
● Keen attention to detail for accuracy in project deliverables and communications.
● Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Customer-centric mindset focused on understanding and addressing client needs.
● A knack for thriving independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Exceptional communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
