SUMMARY:

The Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting daily operations across all departments while supporting warehouse operations. This multifaceted position collaborates closely with leadership and operational teams to drive efficiency, maintain compliance, and ensure successful project execution. From managing expense reporting to overseeing warehouse machinery maintenance reports, this role bridges the gap between leadership and operational tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

This role will report directly to the Vice President and indirectly the Warehouse Operations Manager.

The list of responsibilities is including but not limited to:

  • Collaborate with Warehouse Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager and department leads to organize data and reporting and ensure accurate documentation processes for successful order execution.
  • Assist in general warehouse operations, including inventory management and machinery maintenance.
  • Support Operational Projects through communication and optimization with department leads.
  • Assist with supply purchases and maintain inventory of department supplies.
  • Assist with purchasing and receiving new inventory
  • Maintain the portfolio of Dishware, Linen, Hardware, and Event Production Inventory in collaboration with the Warehouse Operations Manager
  • Support Operational administrative duties such as ensuring reporting is accurate and order preparation is able to be completed accurately by all departments.
  • Provide strong and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Escalate opportunities or variances in information systematically to the relevant owners and teams, ensuring resolutions are delivered.
  • Utilize organization databases, primarily our Order Processing Software and Google Sheets, for ad hoc reporting and analysis, pulling data as needed.
  • Support tech stack and process iterations and implementations to achieve operational excellence.
  • Assist in training team members on new processes, tools, and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, event production, or similar roles.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on effective time management.
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with administrative or clerical tasks is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Google Suite and Slack is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
