Apex Gaming PCs, a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance gaming computers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Lead to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational departments, including Inventory, Build, Quality Control (QC), and Shipping. The Operations Lead will play a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring our teams are performing at their peak, and leading crisis mitigation efforts when challenges arise. Additionally, this position involves managing scheduling, hiring, and onboarding processes to maintain a high-performing operational team.


  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of the Inventory, Build, QC, and Shipping departments, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and meet our high standards.
  • KPI Management: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for each operational department, using these metrics to drive improvements and efficiency.
  • Crisis Mitigation: Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, leading efforts to quickly and effectively resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Team Management: Oversee scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments, and lead hiring and onboarding efforts to build and maintain a skilled and motivated operations team.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for operational improvement and growth.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise between departments to ensure a cohesive operation that meets company-wide objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing changes to enhance overall operational efficiency.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing or production environment, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in crisis management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and KPI management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and gaming PCs is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
