Transit and Level Clinic, a sales and service company for Land Surveying and Construction Layout Equipment and Supplies is looking for an Operation's Manager to work out of our Cary, NC location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all store managers to ensure operational excellence, consistency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Oversee accounting functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Ensure each store meets performance goals, including revenue targets, customer service standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers to foster leadership and team success.
  • Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between leadership and store management teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a multi-store environment (retail, hospitality, or similar industry preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Experience in marketing strategies and driving customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
