As Operations Manager for BrightWatch you’ll be responsible for planning, organizing and oversight of all system install operations.

This includes:

  • Scheduling and performing thorough site visits, creating detailed surveys and job estimates, reviewing internally prior to sales department presenting to the end customer
  • Maintaining strong customer and contractor relationships, ensuring seamless job scheduling through organized coordination and communication
  • Strategically planning all aspects of the job, pulling permits where needed, working with the Operations Coordinator for procurement of hardware & materials, and ensuring delivery dates align with project schedules
  • Staging jobs, setting time frame expectations and keeping projects on track to completion and within budget
  • Managing quality control
  • Conducting post-project reviews and assessments
  • Involvement with recruiting, training and management of new hires on the technical and support teams

What we look for in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience in the field)
  • Proven proficiency in management, project scheduling and working with cross-functional teams, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Industry certifications (PMP, CAPM, OSHA 10+)
  • Familiarity with ERP software (Zoho is preferred), and the Microsoft 365 office suite.
  • Expert in computer networks and physical security implementations
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project execution
  • Proven attention to detail, organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, cost savings, and efficiency gains
