Operations Specialist

Summary:

As part of Precision OT’s production team, the Operations Specialist will perform a variety of tasks and responsibilities to ensure orders are processed and completed in a timely and accurately manner. A typical day will consist of matching parts with orders in our ERP system, labeling, programing, packing, and shipping orders.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. This is the reasonable estimate for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Pay could be more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant’s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.

Skills / Qualifications (Competencies):

• Demonstrated ability to take a process-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent attention to detail

Education & Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma equivalent
• Familiarity with ERP systems preferred

Essential Functions:

• Programing parts for orders using built production applications and specific tuning boxes
• Labeling parts to match order requirements

Knowledge of part numbers and understand what each type means

• Utilize ERP to track production status
• Prepare, and pack orders to be shipped per customer requests
