Order Processing Manager (Full-Time)

Prefinished Door Works, LLC, is an interior door manufacturing plant located in Carlyle, Illinois. At this facility, interior doors are painted, stained and pre-hung in frames. This is a manufacturing facility (not open for public retail sales).

We are currently hiring for the full-time position of Order Processing Manager.

Candidate will be a highly organized individual capable of scheduling production for manufacturing and painting of doors.

Must have experience in production scheduling and knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Office/Outlook.

Must have experience operating a forklift.

Must have the ability to assist in loading material with the capability to lift 75+ lbs.

Main job duties will consist of assisting the Plant Manager with day-to-day operations, order processing, and production scheduling.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00

Requirements:

High School diploma with prior experience in order processing & production scheduling.
Knowledge of inventory software & Microsoft Office required.
Experience operating a forklift.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs. to load and move materials.
Experience in assembly of interior doors a plus.
Experience with painting and spray equipment a plus.
Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
