Full job description

Come work for a growing company on the forefront of a booming solar and roofing industry! Seeking the best and most motivated people who want to make a difference; We offer paid training, bonuses, and commissions, and our first year earners make roughly $55k - $60k annually

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday either 8AM-5PM or 11AM-7PM - plus every other Saturday 9AM-3PM
  • In office position located in Laurel, MD

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • This position is responsible for increasing sales by converting pre-qualified leads and generating new business
  • Confirming booked appointments with potential customers
  • Collecting key information and setting customer expectations
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
  • Entering all relevant customer data into the CRM
  • Maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Staying informed about competing products and services

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age with a high school diploma and reliable transportation
  • 1-3 years sales experience - roofing/insurance sales is a plus
  • Prior customer service, cold calling, or telemarketing experience
  • Learn and educate homeowners on their roofing and solar needs
  • Desire to work in a sedentary role, mainly at a computer and on the phone for the majority of the shift
