Mind Therapy Clinic is looking for psychotherapists to join our growing, multidisciplinary team of clinicians. The ideal candidate for this position would be a strong clinician able to provide excellent individual, family and group therapy in a supportive, comprehensive, private, multidisciplinary, psychiatrist clinic. The position encourages fostering your own particular, clinical interests and provides a special opportunity to take an active role in furthering the clinic’s growth. Job Requirements
- Fully-licensed as a clinical psychologist or master’s level clinician in the State of California
- Value working in a collaborative, supportive, multidisciplinary team setting of psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and therapists with a broad range of clinical specializations
- Experience in individual and group therapy
- We value Interest and experience in family therapy
- Special consideration for expertise in evidence-based therapy such as CBT, DBT, or ACT and areas of specialization such as addiction, eating disorder, or ketamine-assisted treatment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with new technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
- Provide counseling services to individuals and families, utilizing specialized techniques for working with these populations.
- Conduct patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans and goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead group therapy sessions and facilitate discussions on various mental health topics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to support patients in distress.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower patients to make positive changes in their lives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and seek supervision as needed to enhance clinical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
