Role Overview: Cousins USA Moving & Storage is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Rep to join our team. As a Business Development Rep, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall expansion of our customer base. As these opportunities arise, you will have an opportunity to sell to these potential customers and earn more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
  • Generate new business leads and opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their moving and storage needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight Cousins USA Moving & Storage's capabilities and offerings.
  • Tailor presentations to address the unique requirements of each client and communicate the value proposition effectively.

Key Results:

  • Maintain customer service standards, striving for repeat business and five-star reviews.
  • Lead generation goals are met weekly through the following channels;
  • Realtor Association Events and Sponsorships
  • Realtor Brokerage Visits
  • Networking Groups
  • Ensure all lead contact data is entered into the CRM within 48 hours of receiving the information.
  • Follow-up calls and tasks completed as scheduled and assigned to meet individual/company sales goals.
  • Exceed 33% closing ratio of volume opportunity.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the logistics or moving industry.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with Bilingual abilities being a plus.
