Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in industrial sales who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our full range of industrial supply products within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and terms in line with company policies
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or ERP systems
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
