Packer – Distribution Center (Full-Time)

Packers Needed!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (Overtime & Weekends as Required)
Pay: $18.00/hour surge rate through December 12, 2025
(Regular rate $16.50/hour, increasing to $17.00/hour after 90 days with successful performance)

We’re urgently hiring dependable Packers to join our high-volume Distribution Center! This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Operate shipping software (UPS, FedEx, or similar systems)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Consistently meet productivity and quality standards

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience packing customer orders
• Experience in a high-volume distribution center
• Proficiency with shipping software — experience with ShippingEasy a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely and stand for long periods
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
