Pain Management Medical Assistant (Bilingual)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spanish and English Speaking Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinic Medsuite setting that services Pain Management, Primary Care, Orthopedic among other services, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care during their visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
• Administer injections and assist with X-Ray procedures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
• Support the team in various administrative tasks to enhance patient care delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinics, is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages,
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Spanish and English Proficent Speaking Required.
