We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting and renovation, with experience in various painting techniques and materials. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on construction sites. The Painter will be responsible for restoring and renovating surfaces, ensuring that all projects meet our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as needed.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Restore and renovate existing structures, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project timelines are met.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Perform trim carpentry tasks as required to enhance the overall finish of painted areas.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets specifications and standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in residential painting techniques and materials.
• Experience in trim carpentry and masonry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
