We’re looking for a committed employee to join our team as a Painter. The position includes doing the following tasks:

• Apply paint to surfaces including walls, floors, doors, and cabinets.
• Apply several coats according to directions.
• Apply touchups or second coats.
• Utilize spray guns for large jobs.
• Work on ladders to reach high ceilings or walls.
• Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting.
• Clean walls to ensure proper adherence.
• Cover surfaces to ensure protection.

The hourly rate is $22 with the opportunity for advancement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of all painting phases.
• Positive attitude.
• Organized.
• Driver’s license and vehicle required

Location:

Bay View Painting is located in Rockland, Maine, and we provide our services anywhere from Brunswick to Belfast.
